About Us
Our History
Action Leadership Institute is a non-profit, tax exempt organization established in 2004 to develop policies, conduct research, provide programs and prioritize corrective action plans. The intended purpose is to advocate for black individuals and institutions. We provide tools to allow individuals and organizations the ability to control their education, training, religion, leadership, economic development, and politics.
Our Mission
Action Leadership Institute will develop training modules for individuals to start business ventures, develop 501(c)3 applications, provide wills, health care initiatives, and strategic life estate plans to create generational wealth .
Our Vision
Action Leadership institute will establish a communications medium to provide information to community organizations that will allow them to resolve conflicts and develop beneficial community projects.

About the Founder
Dr. Eldridge Henderson is a business owner, professional educator, and administrative leader in academic and non-academic settings, including government agencies and community organizations. He has been successful in securing funds and developing model educational and training programs in collaboration with corporate, governmental, and community leaders. He is a sought-after public speaker, lecturer, seminar leader, columnist, author, radio and television talk show host who provides solutions as he addresses education, religion, economics and politics.
